Our History

In 2018, we at Genisys Group proudly celebrated twenty glorious years of software services and business process outsourcing business. The company was founded in UK by Sir Ashok Rabheru as a family run value added reseller of hardware and software solutions. Later in the year 1998 forayed into software services and expanded to USA and India in the next 6 years.

 

Today, the Genisys Group brand embodies customer-centric solutions that leverage customized technology services to facilitate digital transformation. We are committed to delivering value not just to our clients but to all stakeholders involved in our journey.

 

In September 2024, Genisys Group got acquired by Bandhan Group. Bandhan Group is one of the leading financial conglomerates in India with a consolidated revenue. Bandhan is ~USD 2.5 B  revenue group having more than 45 million customers and ~80K employees;
