Objective

In order to improve their existing processes, the client approached us to develop integrated restaurant management applications to manage end-to-end store operations. Since different stores had different types of menu, these applications were to be customizable for each of the stores. With over 80 stores in the US, we knew that would be the main focus of our efforts.

The following were their requirements:

Solutions

Through thorough inspection of the client’s needs and current infrastructure, we were able to successfully provide the client with the following solutions. By analysing their requirements and their existing infrastructure, we proposed a cloud based integrated web applications to address all the requirements listed by client.

We successfully designed and developed a web based application hosted on AWS cloud.
The designed applications were multilingual, and had the option to place order for both in-store dining and online delivery.
The apps also supported booking of their banquet halls, which were sold as a package for parties.

Result

The solutions we provided helped the client not only improve their previous processes, but also helped gain significant efficiency in running their day-to-day operations. They were better able to serve and reach their customers in the changing landscape of tech.
